Please feed me. I'll be starving. What are your accommodations for my meal on your wedding day? Will I be sat at a specific vendor table or need to find somewhere to sit? I always eat when the bridal party eats so as not to miss any important reception events.

PLEASE ALLOT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR PORTRAITS DURING SUNDOWN. THE LIGHT IS BEAUTIFUL AND THIS IS A TIME TO BE TOGETHER AND ENJOY A QUIET MOMENT WHILE ALSO GETTING SOME REALLY BEAUTIFUL WEDDING PHOTOS.

PLEASE EMAIL ME A TIMELINE FOR THE DAY AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE OF THE WEDDING. INCLUDE WHAT TIME YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO ARRIVE AND WHAT TIME YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO LEAVE.

PLEASE EMAIL ME A LIST OF ALL THE FAMILY PHOTO COMBINATIONS YOU WOULD LIKE TAKEN DURING THE OFFICIAL FAMILY PHOTO TIME SLOT. (example: B+g, uncle mike and aunt wanda; B+g, grandma betty, mom and dad) THINK CAREFULLY SO AS NOT TO LEAVE ANYTHING OUT. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE KEEP FAMILY PHOTOS ON SCHEDULE. PLEASE ALLOT 15 MINUTES FOR FAMILY PHOTOS, UNLESS YOU ARE HAVING EXTREMELY LARGE GROUPS. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. ALL OTHER NON-IMMEDIATE FAMILY PHOTOS CAN BE TAKEN AT THE RECEPTION OR AT ANOTHER MORE CONVENIENT TIME.

PLEASE HAVE ALL THE DETAILS YOU WANT PHOTOGRAPHED (DRESS, ALL RINGS, SHOES, JEWELRY, INVITATION SUITE, GRANDMAS VINTAGE BLUE PIN, ETC.) IN A BAG AND READY TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED IMMEDIATELY UPON MY ARRIVAL! REMEMBER THAT YOUR DRESS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED OFF OF YOU SO A NICE HANGER IS A GREAT IDEA.
